Non-GMO
We confirm that all our products & ingredients comply with EC regulation 1829/2003 and does not derive from nor contains any genetically modified organisms (GMO). We have established a company policy to ensure that the facility is free from genetically modified organisms by prohibiting any GMO containing raw materials and processing aids in the facility.

CRUELTY-FREE
Biosyyd, UAB is a cruelty-free company. We have established a company policy to ensure that no ingredients, formulations or finished products processed by Biosyyd, UAB have been subject to any animal testing or mistreatment of animals. We do not buy any ingredients, formulations or products from any supplier or manufacturer that conduct, commission or have any part in animal testing or mistreatment of animals.

No BSE/TSE
With reference to EC regulation 999/2001, we confirm that the manufacturing process of all our products & ingredients does not use any starting materials, raw materials or reagents deriving from animal origin. Nor do our products & ingredients come in contact with animal products during storage and transportation. All products manufactured by Biosyyd, UAB are free from Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy (TSE) and Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE).

FURTHER DECLARATIONS & STATEMENTS

• Cannabidiol (CBD) Isolate is not classified as an “engineered nanomaterial” as defined in EC regulation 1169/2011 nor is nanotechnology used in the processing of Cannabidiol (CBD) Isolate

• The VOC content (Volatile organic compound) is not applicable for Cannabidiol (CBD) Isolate due to its crystallized form

• Processing of Cannabidiol (CBD) Isolate is free from palm oil

• Cannabidiol (CBD) Isolate is suitable for vegans
